Ihre Aufgaben
- Assisting with surgical procedures, including instrument preparation and intraoperative support
- Confident handling of medical and technical equipment
- Patient related administration and accurate documentation
- Preparation and post-processing of materials and instruments for surgical procedures
- Supporting the positioning of patients
Ihr Profil
- Completed education as a Surgery Technology Assistant (OTA) obtained abroad
- Recognition notice (Anerkennungsbescheid) issued by the Bavarian State Office for Nursing (Bayerisches Landesamt für Pflege)
- German language skills at a minimum level of B1, with a willingness to continuously improve your language proficiency
- Motivation and enthusiasm to work as part of our team and provide support to our patients
- Friendliness, a strong sense of responsibility, and professionalism
- Good interpersonal skills in dealing with patients
- High willingness to learn
- Motivation and discipline to complete your recognition process in a timely manner
