Senior CRM Manager (m/w/d) in München

Where your expertise is needed: 


  • Own the channel retention management (newsletters, web push notifications) and steer initiatives across all stages of the customer lifecycle to increase customer lifetime value
  • Manage our subscriber base 
  • Develop, execute and test convert and retention strategies together with the respective Lifecycle owners
  • Help to set up meaningful retention reportings with the business intelligence team and monitor customer base constantly
  • Generate ideas for retention both onsite (features in our different shops) as well as offsite (new channels to increase purchasing frequency) and connect internally to implement those ideas
