Where your expertise is needed:
- Own the channel retention management (newsletters, web push notifications) and steer initiatives across all stages of the customer lifecycle to increase customer lifetime value
- Manage our subscriber base
- Develop, execute and test convert and retention strategies together with the respective Lifecycle owners
- Help to set up meaningful retention reportings with the business intelligence team and monitor customer base constantly
- Generate ideas for retention both onsite (features in our different shops) as well as offsite (new channels to increase purchasing frequency) and connect internally to implement those ideas
